Green Olives

Prepared according the traditional East Mediterranean recipe by soaking the olives for at least two months only brine, lemon slices and green pepper without any preservatives.

To ensure the fresh taste and the preferred hard texture in olives, it is filled from the directly before supplying to the market. Dahab opt to not use plastic containers and replaced them with metal or glass containers that preserve the olives naturally.

Available in different sizes for home and HORECA customers.
